Returns & Exchange
Exchange or Store Credit ONLY NO REFUNDS!ο»Ώο»Ώ
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges & Returns have a 7 day window from the date you received your item. We will not accept any returns after the 7th day. NO REFUNDS! Store Credit will be issued in form of a gift card sent to you via email with instructions and code on how to redeem on your next purchase. Once a Store Credit is issued it can not be cancel or reversed. Store credits do not expire, and can be entered in the discount code box at checkout. (Policy currently not valid) updated 1/5/2024

Our main Priority here at Chingona Style F.H is the health of our customers, team and family. Due to the safety of everyone we are implementing a ALL SALES ARE FINAL Policy for the time being as well as a No Exchange Policy as we are not sure the precautions being taken on the exchanges side, which could unfortunately put us all at harms way. Thank you for your understanding.
I ordered an item and its out of stock, what happens now?:
When you place an order and some of the items are out of stock you will be issued a Store Credit in form of a gift card sent to you via email with instructions and code on how to redeem on your next purchase. We Do NOT Issue Refunds. Once a Store Credit is issued it can not be cancel or reversed. Store credits do not expire and can be entered in the discount code box at checkout. The ONLY exemption to this policy is if Facebook, Instagram or our online system over sells us when 2 people place a order for the same item at the same time with a few second difference to see who got the item 1st based on order #. If this happens we then will issue a refund since it was not your fault that the item was out of stock regardless of which scenario you will be notified by email and on your invoice.
How do I cancel my order?
There are NO order cancellations. Please be sure you want to place your order before ordering. Once an order is placed it can NOT be canceled.
My Order was Returned due to unclaimed or Wrong Address What Happens Now?
Cost associated with re-shipment of your order is the responsibility of you the customer once the order has been returned to our warehouse we will send you an email or attempt to call you as well to advise you that the order was returned, you have 15 days from the date of the email or vm/call/text to re claim your package, update your address by replying to the original email or form of communication sent to you and pay the reshipment of the package. If the package is not reclaimed within the 15 days we will restock the item and issue you a store credit e-gift card for the item not including shipping via email on file.
Store Credit & How it Works:
When you receive store credit you will not receive credit for the shipping cost you paid on your order, you will only receive credit for the dollar amount associated with the item/s you purchased.
How do I cancel my order?
There are no order cancellations. Please be sure you want to place your order before ordering. Once an order is placed it can NOT be canceled.
Return Shipping & Cost:
Cost associated with return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer. Customer may choose to ship the item/s back thru any carrier of there choice. We do not provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges unless you received a wrong/damaged item as per our fault or you pay for the return label invoice.
Return Item Expectations:
Items must be unworn, unaltered with the Chingona Style FB tags still attached. Any items sent to us with stains, makeup marks or deodorant will not be exchanged and will be shipped back to you with shipping charges associated to be paid by you the customer.
Sending us your Return:
When sending a return you must include a copy of your invoice with a note on it stating the reason of the return and the size of exchange if exchanging. Exchange is subject to product availability. You may also email us tracking of the return/exchange once its been sent out to info@shopdiosabeauty.com
See example above of the clothing tag that must be on the item/s being returned.
Due to hygiene and resale purposes, the following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange:
Sale or clearance items, jewelry-accessories, cosmetics, swim wear, intimate apparel, bodysuits, face masks, shoes, & giveaway items. FINAL SALE NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGE.
Incorrect/Defective Items:
If you have received incorrect or defective items please let us know imminently following the arrival of the item at your shipping location. You must notify us with in 24 hours of you receiving the package if any item/s are damaged or defective or incorrect item/s received. You must also take picture of the item/s and email the pictures to info@shopdiosabeauty.com this policy may have exceptions for replacement of items if damaged/defective or shipped incorrect item/s only & subject to product availability.
Received Incorrect Item:
if the mistake was made on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
My package was returned, what do I do now?
If your package was returned to our PO BOX, it may be due to one of the following reasons: Invalid or incomplete shipping address. You will receive an email from us letting you know that your package was returned to us. You will also be responsible for paying for the reshipment of the items.
